Originally thought it was linked to items that gave magicka bonuses but it happens without them also. Enai also tailors his mods for compatability with them so Apocalypse Magic.
When casting such spells with Survival mode active that continually use magicka such as Flames and Healing and Ward (as opposed to fixed magicka spells such as Firebolt or Runes) sometimes is triggered a bug allowing the use of unlimited magicka. Have messaged a few people in regards to this without luck so far so thought to post this here regarding a bug generating unlimited magicka with CC Survival mod casting with concentration spells.
